LOCASLY operates www.locasly.com, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps freelancers, web agencies, no-code builders, SEO professionals, consultants, and other service providers identify potential business opportunities and prospective clients.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. LOCASLY does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's privacy practices.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• Device information
• Operating system
• Referring URLs
• Usage and activity information
• Dates and times of access

For signed-in accounts, we record when an authentication session was created (as reported by our authentication provider), when our servers observed account activity, successful lead-search requests, CSV export requests, and visits to checkout. The server may record the IP address and browser/device description it observes on those requests. A recorded export request does not establish that a download completed; an observed checkout visit is not the IP address used at Stripe checkout. We do not create a persistent device fingerprint.

The latest IP address observed by our server is also included in the private account summary held by Clerk. An IP address may represent a shared network, VPN, or proxy rather than a specific device.

When you select a search location while signed in, we keep up to five recent distinct selections in private Clerk account metadata. The history includes the location label, coordinates rounded to three decimal places, and selection time. Typing a location without selecting it is not saved.

Account activity records used for payment-dispute review are normally deleted after 24 months. They are held in restricted server-side storage, with only a small account summary held by our authentication provider.
